Shipping policy

Our processing time is 1-2 business days, depending on availability and credit card verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Standard US shipping is complimentary. However, you also have the option to select expedited or international shipping at your cost. Please choose the shipping method that suits you best. Be aware that your order may arrive in multiple packages. Shipping times vary based on the destination address and carrier. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you do not get a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please reach out to us at sales@meditation-wear.com.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays, and no orders are dispatched after hours (M-F 9 am-5 pm EST).

We are not liable for packages once they are in the carrier's possession. We will not replace or refund items confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please verify the shipping address, check for a notice of attempted delivery and see if someone else accepted the package on your behalf.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We currently allow exchanges for items in a different size. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for different colors or styles. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for socks, blindfolds, and hats.

FINAL SALE

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive a defective item, please inform us within 2 days of delivery. Please email us at sales@meditation-wear.comwith a brief description of the issue and pictures of the defective item, and we will discuss the next steps. Once we provide a return label and approve the defective item, it must be returned within 7 days of receiving the label. 

RETURNS

We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items free of stains (including deodorant or makeup), odors, scuffs, tears, or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 10 days of receiving your package. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@meditation-wear.com with the item name, order number, reason for return, and any necessary pictures before sending the package back. All returned items must be in "sellable condition" and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or lacking original labels will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition. You may use any shipping carrier for your return, but we recommend a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. Original shipping charges and return label costs cannot be refunded. Please allow 7 business days for processing once your package arrives at our facility. All returned goods will undergo quality control and refunds will only be issued after confirmation by our returns office. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, and it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the payment in your account.
